The Fan and Light Store use SagePay as the secure transaction provider in our website due to their excellent security, flexibility and reliable service.

Sage Pay's systems are scanned quarterly by Trustwave which are an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) for the payment card brands.

Sage pay are also audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance. They are also active members of the PCI Security Standards Council (SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.

We can accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB cards. All orders are processed and authorised in real time by SagePay, providing you with instant confirmation of your order and transaction amount via email.

We also now accept the popular and widely used PayPal system.

Our servers employ 128bit SSL encryption technology to handle your credit card and personal details, ensuring that all confidential information is held securely. We do not keep records of your full credit card details, only the last four digits for reference. This further enhances our protection of your information from any attempted unauthorised access.
